My Work

Everything assigned to you that's still open, in one focused list — so nothing falls through the cracks.

What it does

My Work shows every open thread assigned to you across the whole team. It powers the Tasks counter in the top navigation. Resolving a thread removes it from here and brings your count down — the gentle nudge that keeps your list short.

Where to find it

Click My Work in the top navigation, or go to /dashboard/my-work. The Tasks badge next to it shows how many open threads you own.

Step by step

Work through your tasks

  1. Open My Work to see your open threads, grouped by due date.
  2. Click a thread to open it.
  3. Resolve it (from the thread page or the board's menu) to clear it from the list.

Focus on what matters

  • Threads are bucketed into Overdue, Due in the next 7 days, Later and No due date, so the

most time-sensitive work sits at the top. Overdue is highlighted in red.

  • Prefer to see your work by project? Use the Due date / Project toggle in the header to switch

grouping. Project mode lists a section per project, each headed by the project's colour dot, its open-thread count and the total time logged across those threads.

  • Use the priority filter chips in the header (All / Urgent / High / Medium / Low) to narrow the list to a

single priority. Both the grouping and the filter are reflected in the URL, so you can bookmark, say, your urgent work grouped by project.

What each screen shows

  • Priority chips — quick filters in the header; the active one is highlighted.
  • Groups — each section shows its label and a count badge; empty groups are hidden. Project sections also

show the project's colour dot and the total time logged across that project's threads.

  • Task rows — the thread's ref (in its project colour), title, priority badge, time logged and due date.
  • Empty state — a friendly "You're all clear" when nothing matches.

Tips

  • Threadwork shows two separate counters — Tasks (what you must do) and Updates (what you've been told). Keeping them apart means your to-dos never hide behind notifications.

Troubleshooting

  • A task isn't showing — only open threads assigned to you appear here. Check the thread's status and assignee.
