Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 June 2026
These terms set out the deal between you and the operator of this Threadwork instance — how you may use the service, and what to expect from it.
Agreement
By accessing or using Threadwork you agree to these terms. If you're using Threadwork on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for it.
Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Tell the administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Organisation owners and admins control membership, roles and organisation-wide settings; some actions are restricted to those roles.
Acceptable use
Use Threadwork lawfully. Do not misuse the service — for example by attempting to breach security or access controls, disrupting the service for others, uploading malware, infringing others' rights, or using it to store or share unlawful content.
You may not attempt to access data belonging to organisations you're not a member of.
Your content
You and your organisation own the content you create in Threadwork. You grant the operator the limited rights needed to host, process and display that content to your team in order to provide the service.
You're responsible for the content your team creates and for having the rights to store and share it.
Availability & changes
We aim to keep Threadwork available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, particularly during this early phase. Features may change, and planned or unplanned downtime can occur.
Termination
You can stop using Threadwork at any time. The operator may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms or that risks the security or integrity of the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Threadwork and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves; we'll revise the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
